Jim Bob's Corn Dip

• 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 1 Cup Real Mayonnaise
• 1 4oz Can Ortega Fire Roasted Green Chiles
• 1 15.5oz Can Del Monte Fiesta Corn
• 1 11oz Can Mexicorn
• 1 11oz Can Green Giant Shoepeg Corn
• 3 Serrano chiles (seeds removed)
• 2 Red Jalapeno peppers (seeds removed)
• 1 Dried chipotle pepper (microplaned)
• 3 Green Onions
• 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
3. Serve with Frito Scoops.
