Jim Bob's Corn Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Real Mayonnaise
- 1 4oz Can Ortega Fire Roasted Green Chiles
- 1 15.5oz Can Del Monte Fiesta Corn
- 1 11oz Can Mexicorn
- 1 11oz Can Green Giant Shoepeg Corn
- 3 Serrano chiles (seeds removed)
- 2 Red Jalapeno peppers (seeds removed)
- 1 Dried chipotle pepper (microplaned)
- 3 Green Onions
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with Frito Scoops.
